Flower & business design insights, inspiration, and advise for the modern day florist (or wannabe florist).
Sign a contract/agreement with everyone. Even your friends. Again, don't play games. Get it in writing. If anything, it will just clearly outline what the other person can expect from you.
It protects you from people adding on services they thought were implied or that they tried to sneak in. Yes, it happens. All of a sudden you go from florist to day of coordinator, event stylists, and so on.
Don’t forget to develop documents like a price sheet, a PDF of the process you’ll take your customer through, and any other information you communicate regularly. Members of the stay blooming network get access to countless price sheets, PDF docs, and contract templates.
I just want to let you know that I'm finally making the move to getting own studio space. I've spent a year sharing a space with another creative, but the space has become to small for the both of us. I'm really excited to see my vision coming to life. Thank You again for all of your coaching help and website development!
