Job includes hiring, training, supervising, and others include planning work schedule ordering supplies and flowers coordinating sale promotions, and advertising. Keeping shop records, pricing products. May also work as a designer and sales supervisor.
May be assigned to either telephone sales or direct customer sales. Has a vital job usually determining if customers will come back. Requires training and daily prep. Must have knowledge of items they are trying to sell. Suggest appropriate items to customers have a friendly + warm attitude.
Training to be a designer. Work with designer and area able to observe construction of floral designs.
