Flower & business design insights, inspiration, and advise for the modern day florist (or wannabe florist).
We are half way through the year and could not be more excited about the programs we have in the works for our loyal followers and students. For the month of July we are feeling a great RESET is happening. A reset of goals, a reset of what clients you work with and which ones you don't, a total reset on what we say yes to and what choose not to entertain.
Over the course of this month we will be releasing our latest in studio and online flower styling programs. All of our new training are centered around the idea of a reset.
If you have a small budget, small wedding, and know in your heart you have the time to exicute your own flowers and decor...we have a class for you. Don't settle for some generic rendition of what you really want.
If you have a flower business operating out of your kitchen or garage, and want a studio, then it's time to move forward. Reset your pricing, offerings, and marketing.
You can reset what you need to or you can settle.
Here is a look at some of what is available to serve you and what is to come.
Step 1: Create the shape of the collar with faux leather using a pattern and rotary cutters.
Step 2: Use a hole punch to punch holes on either side for the string of your necklace.
Step 3: Clip the picks off of the faux succulents you would like to use and then lay them on the back side of the faux leather in the design you want. (You'll want the soft side of the leather surface to rest against your body when you wear it.) Once you are happy with the design you can begin adhering them to the leather with your hot glue gun.
Step 4: String your ribbon through the holes on either side and you're ready to wear!
